About This Guide
'Study skills' are the skills you need to enable you to study and learn efficiently. Study skills incorporate the process of organising, taking in new information, retaining information, and tackling assessments. This guide focuses on all of these areas, as well as the use of technology (good and bad!), growth mindsets, study timetabling, setting goals, and more.
