What does LGBTIQA+ mean to you?

There are a lot of ways to describe sexuality and gender. Many of these are captured by the terms LGBTIQA+, but these can mean different things to different people. This is why finding the words to describe ourselves and others can be helpful. Remember: The way you describe your sexuality and gender, and who you share it with, is totally up to you. For many young people, it can be a really challenging experience figuring out who you are. This can mean exploring your gender identity and sexuality, which can lead to and uncomfortable feelings. Having people around you who are accepting of you and understand what you’re going through can help your headspace. It’s important to know that there’s a strong LGBTIQA+ community to embrace and support you.
